Humane Society University and Humane Society: Youth (formerly the National Association for Humane and Environmental Education, NAHEE) have teamed up to offer online professional development opportunities for teachers and animal care and control personnel.

  Certified Humane Education Specialist (CHES) Humane Society: Youth's Teach Kids to Care workshops are now available as online courses. Participants completing four of the five self-paced courses, plus an exam, are eligible to receive certification from Humane Society: Youth.
